1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions:
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was damaged during delivery.

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.

2. Refund Policy

If your return request meets our eligibility conditions, we will offer:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • A replacement delivery, based on your preference and availability.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, or bank transfer).

3. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them.

  • After this period, the order enters the packing/shipping stage and cannot be canceled.
